Mark your calendars and save the date, as this will be an event you won’t want to miss!
We’ll be having amazing carnival style games, hair tinselling, magicians, face painting, cotton candy, photo booths, food trucks and MORE!

​This is a FREE community event, so spread the word to your friends, family and neighbours, and support your school community by stopping by! Everyone is welcome!​

Admission to the fair will be free, and there will be MANY fun activity options available at no cost, however the carnival games and hair tinsel will be available for a fee (Games will be 5 for $10 and Hair Tinsel will be $5).

The Carnival Games will require wrist band tickets that can be purchased directly at the fair the day of, as well as online via your Hot Lunch Portal prior to the event (this method is strongly advised)!!
Carnival Games wrist band sales will go live on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026.

CALLING ALL EDGEWOOD VOLUNTEERS!

We need YOUR help! As this is our very first Spring Fair, we are so excited to potentially make this an annual staple within our community, and its success is only made possible through amazing volunteers. We have also reached out to our local high school, Grandview Heights, who have graciously provided a number of willing volunteers from their leadership committees, but we still need help from YOU! PLEASE take a moment to view the sign-up below, and if you are free that day, PLEASE volunteer in any capacity you can. We cannot have this Fair run without the amazing help of our school community.
